• Wider range of movements ( crunches, jumping, running, pushups and more )
  • Very robust hand tracking ( including hit energy )
  • In addition to the builtin music you can upload your own music or even use youtube songs ( that will require pro )
  • Customizable everything ( just workout and let the game decide or build your own workout sequences )
  • Optional workouts that utilize camera based foot tracking
  • Optional support for heart rate sensors to drive the difficulty of your workout
  • Multiplayer workouts
  • Custom environment generator to workout literally wherever you can imagine ( that will require pro )

Current Cons:

  • Music is not as tightly coupled to the movements as fully scripted ones like FFL and Supernatural ( but that will change in the near future with custom challenges)
  • There is a learning curve to all the customizability
  • UI is still worse compared to the others
